- Description:
- This dataset contains simulation information, output data, and analysis for the forthcoming publication; Bois et al. (2026). Simulation information is provided in the form of files used to run each simulation, input files, and an additional readme file with suggestions for use. The data were generated using the Cloudy One-Dimensional Turbulence model (github.com/CappedColumn/cloudy-odt), a numerical model incorporating warm-cloud microphysics and a stochastic turbulence scheme. CODT processes and saves the output data as netCDF files. Additional processing and analysis of the netCDF files for each simulation was performed in Jupyter notebooks.

- Description:
- The Standing Anterior Pelvic Tilt and Proximal Femur Shape data repository includes volumetric hip and knee imaging (CT, sCT, and VIBE MRI; .nii.gz), corresponding bone surface meshes of the proximal femur, hemipelvis, and distal femur (.k), and statistical shape models of the femur and pelvis generated using ShapeWorks. Each participant folder contains anatomical landmarks (.xlsx) and static standing transforms (.txt) that map native imaging space to the laboratory frame. Participants are categorized into three groups, symptomatic cam morphology (Cam/Pat), asymptomatic with cam morphology (Pos), and asymptomatic without cam morphology (N), with demographic and imaging metadata provided in Participant_Demographics.xlsx. The repository also includes reflected/aligned surface sets, cutting planes, and full ShapeWorks project files enabling complete reproduction of SSM construction. For detailed methods on participant selection, imaging, segmentation, SSM generation, and static posture analysis, see the associated publication ( https://doi.org/10.1016/j.clinbiomech.2026.106767). See the README for full data organization and access instructions.

The files containing this data are as follows:, 1. Student Data.xls The Student Data file is the results of giving each student a Reading Level Assessment (RLA), a timed word assessment (Flash), and the GORT-D (a commercially available assessment), broken down by rate, accuracy, and comprehension for each of several passages or word lists. , 2. Flash Items Correct.xls The Flash Items Correct shows whether or not each student was able to successfully identify each Flash word in the timed condition. , and 3. Order of Presentations.xls The Order of Presentations file show the order each student received the five assessment presentation methods.

- This repository contains the source code for the ReporTor plugin described in the paper: ReporTor: Facilitating User Reporting of Issues Encountered in Naturalistic Web Browsing via Tor Browser. ReporTor is a plugin for Tor Browser that enables voluntary, anonymous end-user reporting of issues encountered during web browsing. ReporTor provides automatic URL capture (with query parameters stripped for privacy), predefined issue categories, open-ended text input for additional detail, and manual entry fields for exit node and Tor Browser security level. All reports are transmitted over the Tor network to a database hosted via an onion service. - Description:
- This dataset contains the code and data files to create the results published in the paper: Impact on Cloud Properties of Reduced-Sulphur Shipping Fuel in the Eastern North Atlantic, https://doi.org/10.5194/egusphere-2025-2075 The global reduction in shipping fuel sulphur that culminated in 2020 with an ~80% reduction has enabled an inadvertent experiment on the role of aerosol-cloud interaction (ACI) in the climate system. We compare observations collected at the Atmospheric Radiation Measurement program’s (ARM) Eastern North Atlantic site (ARM-ENA, 39.1 N, 28.0 W) during two June to September periods: 2016-2018 (pre-2020) and 2021-2023 (post-2020). We find a significant (~15%) decrease in cloud condensation nuclei concentrations post-2020, which resulted in a decrease in cloud droplet number (Nd) and an increase in effective radius (re) of marine boundary layer clouds. However, cloud liquid water path (LWP) increased post- 2020. The increase in LWP offset the increase in re, resulting in insignificant changes to the optical depth distribution. MODIS and CERES data in the vicinity of ENA during these periods produce similar results also with negligible change in the albedo and optical depth distributions. Regional cloud occurrence declined in line with changes in the large-scale meteorology. Our results point to a complicated interplay among the factors that modulate cloud feedback in the Eastern North Atlantic. This is the IDL code and data files to create the figures for the paper about the above research.

- Description:
- This dataset evaluates geologic trends in and controls on rare earth element (REE)-enrichment of coal in eastern Utah. 1945 bituminous coal samples from 68 mine, core, and outcrop localities from the Blackhawk Formation (n = 378) and Ferron Sandstone (n = 1567) in eastern Utah were geochemically evaluated using portable X-ray fluorescence (n = 1945) and inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (n = 100) to quantify REE content. Using coal as a secondary REE source could bolster global REE production, leveraging existing coal infrastructure to alleviate CM supply chain bottlenecks and couple traditional coal geology with the innovative resource needs of the future.

- Description:
- This dataset contains the behavioral and neurophysiological data supporting the manuscript “Evidence that interval-counting neurons play a critical role in call recognition by Cope’s gray treefrogs.” Together, these datasets provide a direct link between behavioral selectivity for species-specific advertisement calls and the response properties of specialized temporal processing neurons., Behavioral dataset(20240815_MixedIntervalPhonotaxis_Kamath.xlsx): Binary phonotaxis responses of female Hyla chrysoscelis collected during the 2024 breeding season. Each row represents an individual frog, and columns report responses (1 = positive phonotaxis, 0 = no response) across standard and temporally disrupted advertisement call conditions (1X, MI=2X, MI=3X, AI=2X, AI=3X)., and Neurophysiology dataset (20250815_ExtracellularICN_LIN_Kamath.xlsx): In vivo extracellular single-unit recordings from three classes of auditory midbrain neurons—interval-counting neurons (ICNs), long-interval neurons (LINs), and temporally non-selective neurons—collected between July 2024 and August 2025. Each sheet reports neuron metadata (recording date, ID, frequency sensitivity, pulse rate, pulse number threshold for ICNs) and normalized spike responses to standard and temporally disrupted stimuli (MI and AI paradigms).
