- Description:
- Given the existing literature on the Outward Bound (OB) pedagogical approach and conceptualizations of character, we conducted multiple case studies of OB Schools worldwide to explicate how OB Schools effectively target character through course design and implementation. We were especially attentive to the cultural and contextual diversity of the OB global network and how such diversity could be honored in our results. The dataset includes interviews with cultural informants, survey data used to select OB Schools for inclusion in our case study sample, and case write-ups for 11 OB Schools.

- Description:
- This dataset contains all molecular dynamics simulations, input files, trajectories, and analysis scripts supporting the study “Why Seeding Works When Nucleation Barriers Vanish.” The data comprise coarse-grained simulations of zeolite crystallization (AFI’/CHA and SOD/CHA systems), along with comparative simulations of ice nucleation on graphene. It includes seeded and non-seeded configurations across growth- and nucleation-limited regimes, temperature ramp studies, and bulk crystallization analyses. Associated files provide force field parameters, initial configurations, trajectory outputs, thermodynamic logs, and a Jupyter notebook for modeling solid-state coarsening dynamics. The dataset is organized into system-specific directories with detailed READ.me files describing simulation conditions, resampling procedures, and file relationships, enabling full reproducibility of all results reported in the manuscript.

- Description:
- This dataset provides all input files required to reproduce the simulation runs discussed in the paper "Product Hydrophilicity, Not Reaction Chemistry, Governs Performance Loss in Degraded Anion Exchange Membranes" by Bombau, I.J., et al. Anion exchange membranes degrade through multiple concurrent chemical pathways that are difficult to deconvolve experimentally, leaving their individual contribution to performance loss unresolved. Here we use molecular dynamics and grand-canonical Monte Carlo simulations to isolate SN2 degradation—the most ubiquitous degradation mode—as an independent variable in a model anion exchange membrane, and quantify its impact on water uptake, nanostructure, channel connectivity, ionic conductivity, and water diffusion. We find that SN2 degradation has no independent structural effect beyond the dehydration it causes: degraded and pristine membranes are indistinguishable at equal water content. The water uptake vs ion ex-change capacity agrees quantitatively with experimental Hofmann elimination data—whose product is a tertiary amine rather than the alcohol produced by SN2—establishing that performance loss is set by the hydrophilicity of the degradation product rather than its specific chemistry. We show that conductivity collapses below a critical hydrophilic volume fraction ϕc≈ 0.25, irrespective of degradation mechanism. At extreme degradation, water diffusivity is preserved while ionic conductivity collapses, establishing that conductivity alone is an incomplete indicator of membrane state. This decoupling identifies water transport capacity as an independent design target alongside IEC retention for suppressing the dehydration-driven feed-back that drives membrane failure.

- Description:
- This dataset contains simulation information, output data, and analysis for the forthcoming publication; Bois et al. (2026). Simulation information is provided in the form of files used to run each simulation, input files, and an additional readme file with suggestions for use. The data were generated using the Cloudy One-Dimensional Turbulence model (github.com/CappedColumn/cloudy-odt), a numerical model incorporating warm-cloud microphysics and a stochastic turbulence scheme. CODT processes and saves the output data as netCDF files. Additional processing and analysis of the netCDF files for each simulation was performed in Jupyter notebooks.

- Description:
- The Standing Anterior Pelvic Tilt and Proximal Femur Shape data repository includes volumetric hip and knee imaging (CT, sCT, and VIBE MRI; .nii.gz), corresponding bone surface meshes of the proximal femur, hemipelvis, and distal femur (.k), and statistical shape models of the femur and pelvis generated using ShapeWorks. Each participant folder contains anatomical landmarks (.xlsx) and static standing transforms (.txt) that map native imaging space to the laboratory frame. Participants are categorized into three groups, symptomatic cam morphology (Cam/Pat), asymptomatic with cam morphology (Pos), and asymptomatic without cam morphology (N), with demographic and imaging metadata provided in Participant_Demographics.xlsx. The repository also includes reflected/aligned surface sets, cutting planes, and full ShapeWorks project files enabling complete reproduction of SSM construction. For detailed methods on participant selection, imaging, segmentation, SSM generation, and static posture analysis, see the associated publication ( https://doi.org/10.1016/j.clinbiomech.2026.106767). See the README for full data organization and access instructions.

- The Ankle Arthrodesis Compensation data repository is a collection of foot and ankle 3D clinical computed tomography (CT) images (.nii), associated surface files of the tibia-talus fused construct, distal tibia, talus, and calcaneus (.k and .stl), and rigid body transforms (.txt). CT images and rigid body transforms were collected directly from participants for both the treated (AD) and untreated (NonAD) limbs. Landmarks were derived from surface models, which were generated from CT scans. - Description:
- This dataset contains three .xls documents - each with an associated codebook file - whose contents represent the results received by 162 students in the Reading Level Assessment (RLA). Students were also scored based on their scores for IRI word recognition lists, IRI reading passages, and Gray Oral Reading Tests-Diagnostic (GORT-D) (Bryant & Wiederholt, 1991) passages. The files containing this data are as follows:, 1. Student Data.xls The Student Data file is the results of giving each student a Reading Level Assessment (RLA), a timed word assessment (Flash), and the GORT-D (a commercially available assessment), broken down by rate, accuracy, and comprehension for each of several passages or word lists. , 2. Flash Items Correct.xls The Flash Items Correct shows whether or not each student was able to successfully identify each Flash word in the timed condition. , and 3. Order of Presentations.xls The Order of Presentations file show the order each student received the five assessment presentation methods.
