Supporting Code/Data for Cloudy One-Dimensional Turbulence Paper

This dataset contain simulation information, output data, analysis scripts and model source code for Bois et al. (2026). Simulation information is provided as input files (.nml, .txt) and an additional readme file with describing how to setup and run CODT simulations. The output data was generated using the Cloudy One-Dimensional Turbulence model version 0.1.0. The model source code and build instructions is provided in the CODTsrc folder. CODT processes and saves the output data as netCDF files. Additional processing and analysis of the netCDF files for each simulation was performed using a version of the Jupyter Notebook provided below. Please note that this is an archived version of CODT. Other versions of CODT may exist, and the version present here was used for the publication of Bois et al. (2026).
