Utah Licensed Physician Access to PubMed Full-Text Articles: Evaluation Survey Responses, Statistical Analysis, and Free-Text Thematic Coding

This dataset supports the study Addressing Disparities in Physician Access to Biomedical Literature: One-Year Outcomes of a Statewide Article Delivery Service, which evaluated the implementation and first-year outcomes of a statewide, library-led, just-in-time article delivery service integrated with PubMed. The project examined program utilization, article delivery costs, physician satisfaction, and perceived impact on clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice. Deposited materials include the survey instrument, de-identified survey response data, statistical analysis outputs, qualitative thematic coding files, and summary tables used to generate the findings reported in the manuscript. These materials are provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and future research on library-mediated interventions to improve access to biomedical literature and evidence-based clinical practice.
