No -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: 296 heterosexual couples (2894 cycles) with no known subfertility (with the female 18-39 years of age) were followed for up to 1 year after consent or start of sexual intercourse, whichever came later. Females recorded vaginal bleeding, mucus discharge, and any sexual activity daily. Data come from the CrM general intake form, CrM user chart (daily diary record), CrM followup form (filled out by CrM teacher during visits with the couple), CrM pregnancy evaluation form (filled out by CrM teacher during visits with the couple), study entrance questionnaire (separate version each partner), study exit questionnaire (separate version each partner), and beginning of cycle questionnaire for each menstrual cycle (separate version each partner). Pregnancy reviews were done manually by investigators and summarized in the pregnancy classifications table. 2. Methods for processing the data: Data were exported from Microsoft Access, cleaned and analyzed in SAS, and exported to spreadsheet format. 3.
