Relationship between files: MiniWellBQ_Raw_Data_2022-2023.csv is a quantitative data file, and MiniWellBQ_Codebook_2022-2023.xlsx is the codebook associated with the data. The survey was administered to participants of the focus groups. There are 15 focus group transcript files in total, from four different companies. 3. Additional related data collected that was not included in the current data package: NA 4. Are there multiple versions of the dataset? No -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: Survey Data: The survey was developed and conducted in Qualtrics, and the raw data was exported as a CSV file. Any personally identifiable information or references to company names were redacted. Focus Groups: Email invitations were sent to both frontline workers and to managers responsible for worker safety and health. Focus groups were held at the company worksite or via Zoom. Verbal informed consent was obtained. The first focus groups were conducted separately for workers and managers to create an environment where workers could speak honestly about their experiences without their direct supervisors present, and vice versa (Krueger & Casey, 2014). Both followed a semi-structured interview guide, which was crafted to ascertain how worksites made decisions and implemented policies during the pandemic, how these were shared across the company, and the extent to which this process was perceived as successful by the workers and managers. Following these separate focus groups, workers and managers at each company were combined for an additional focus group where member checking allowed us to ensure the findings accurately reflected participant experiences and gain additional feedback (Katz-Buonincontro, 2022). Any personally identifiable information or references to company names were redacted. Focus Groups: Data were audio recorded and professionally transcribed. Transcripts were then reviewed by a research assistant to check for accuracy. The transcripts had any personally identifiable information from participants removed, along with any references to the company names. 3. Instrument- or software-specific information needed to interpret the data: NA 4. Standards and calibration information, if appropriate: NA 5. Environmental/experimental conditions: NA 6. Describe any quality-assurance procedures performed on the data: Transcripts were transcribed by an outside source and reviewed by a research assistant for accuracy. Data were in password protected storage with access limited to research staff. 7. People involved with sample collection, processing, analysis and/or submission: J. M. Van Natter, Ariana Callahan, and Oscar Zamudio. ----------------------------------------- DATA-SPECIFIC INFORMATION FOR: MiniWellBQ_Raw_Data_2022-2023.csv ----------------------------------------- 1.
