No -------------------------- METHODOLOGICAL INFORMATION -------------------------- 1. Description of methods used for collection/generation of data: We used a mixed-methods approach with a survey followed by individual interviews to determine what evaluation criteria nurses use. We disseminated the survey through two state nursing associations (the Utah Nursing Association and Utah Nurse Practitioners), to nursing program alumni from around the state (including one private university and three public universities), and one health system associated with an academic medical center. The survey was open from January - April 2022. We conducted 18 interviews via Zoom in July and August of 2022. Two investigators were at each interview, one conducting the interview, the other taking notes. 2. Methods for processing the data: Data collected through surveys and interviews 3.
