The Ankle Arthrodesis Compensation data repository is a collection of foot and ankle 3D clinical computed tomography (CT) images (.nii), associated surface files of the tibia-talus fused construct, distal tibia, talus, and calcaneus (.k and .stl), and rigid body transforms (.txt). CT images and rigid body transforms were collected directly from participants for both the treated (AD) and untreated (NonAD) limbs. Landmarks were derived from surface models, which were generated from CT scans.
